Dr Antonios Roumpakis

I am a Senior Lecturer in Comparative Social Policy and currently the Head of Social Policy at the School for Business and Society, University of York. My research focuses on the comparative political economy of welfare, transcending policy areas and bringing together work from family policy, housing, pensions, housing, labour relations, regulation and governance of welfare, including informal work, care and private indebtedness. I am currently the co-editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Social Policy and also serve as a Treasurer for the Social Policy Association.
